We reserve the right to remove or edit any user-generated content for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these Terms of Service or applicable laws.

7. Payment Terms

Access to certain features of our services may require payment of fees. You agree to pay all fees specified in the applicable order form or subscription agreement. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. You are responsible for providing accurate billing information and for keeping your payment information up to date.

We reserve the right to change our fees at any time, provided that we will notify you of any changes prior to the next billing cycle. If you do not agree to the new fees, you may cancel your subscription before the new fees take effect.

In no event shall Gunningite’s total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing the services during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you. In such jurisdictions, Gunningite’s liability shall be limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms of Service. Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease.

All provisions of these Terms of Service which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

Termination of your account does not relieve you of any obligations to pay any outstanding fees or charges incurred prior to termination.
